How deletion works
When you ask us to delete your data, we remove your profile, wallet keys, saved payees, bank accounts and chat history. Completed transaction records are retained where financial regulations require it, and on-chain HNGN transfers cannot be erased from the Kross blockchain.
Requests are completed within 30 days. To start one, email privacy@hashpayai.app or send DELETE MY DATA to HashPay on WhatsApp.
